Kevin D. Israel

Kevin is an entrepreneur and business lawyer who knows what it takes to run a successful business. As a business owner and advisor to companies in North Carolina, he has developed a unique understanding of the legal issues facing businesses in all stages of their development. 

Kevin developed his passion for helping entrepreneurs because of his own entrepreneurial experiences. He has founded and operated multiple successful businesses, including internet based and traditional brick and mortar businesses.  Kevin has also served as a close business and legal advisor for many startups and emerging growth companies.

Kevin’s business background allows him to anticipate and address his clients’ legal and business needs in a unique way. He provides his clients with much more than legal advice. Kevin is in many ways a business partner for his clients. He provides the strategic advice, networking, and legal counsel to enable his clients to accomplish their short and long-term goals. 

Kevin is a magna cum laude graduate of Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business and holds a juris doctorate from the Wake Forest University School of Law. 

When he’s not helping entrepreneurs, Kevin can be found watching college basketball and enjoying North Carolina’s many outdoor activities with his wife (Jennifer), sons (Harrison and Aiden), daughter (Ella), and dog (Luna).
